It’s no secret that I think affiliate programs are great! Starting one will help you grow your business faster than you ever could alone. Plus, they are very budget friendly. What’s not to like?
For all their benefits, they can be a bit confusing at first. Starting your own program and learning the “ins and outs” can seem like an overwhelming task.
Don’t worry - help is on the way! My friend Angela Wills is an experienced affiliate manager. She has many clients who pay her to handle their affiliate programs for them. Obviously, she has learned a thing or two along the way and has some tricks to share.

Learn From A Pro - For Free!!
If you have read much of my blog or website in the past, you may remember me mentioning the name Alice Seba. For those of you who don’t know, she kind of pioneered a new way to do business online.
Some website owners out there are a bit schwarmy and untrustworthy. Alice is doing her part to get rid of that behavior by teaching people that they can be nice and still be successful!

FREE FRIDAY: Great Resource!
As a business owner, it is important to have some interaction with other business owners and to be able to brainstorm with one another, get honest advice, and constructive criticism.
Thanks to the internet, it doesn’t matter if you live in New York City or a small town in Alaska (like me), you can still connect virtually with business owners all over the globe.
While there’s lots of forums and message boards to choose from, I do have to give you a bit of caution. Not everyone who is using these boards knows what they are talking about. While they may have good intentions, they may be giving out half truths or wrong information.
One of the message boards I frequent is Mom Masterminds. The people on this board know what they are talking about and they are serious! This is a Mastermind Group - it does cost a monthly fee to belong for the first year and a half, but that is because you will also have access to tons of free resources, including ebooks, special reports, and audios.
I’ve learned so much from this group that the price I paid in membership fees is a drop in the bucket compared to what it would have cost me to buy all those books and learning programs separately. Plus, I’ve mad a lot of business friends! : )
