		<description>Organizing &amp; promoting a craft show or event can be a lot of work, but it can also be worth it. Just know what you&#039;re getting into! I agree that especially if you&#039;ve never put something like this together before, starting small is key - the last thing you want to do is get in over your head! Shopping parties at your home or the homes of friends &amp; family are also a great way to do a smaller craft show type experience. I&#039;ve done them where I&#039;ve invited other artists to my home, and then invited friends and family for shopping, drinks and appetizers.
