In yesterday’s “Back To Biz” tip, I encouraged you to look at what may need some improvements within your biz. While some systems, products, etc a can be improved, some just need to be let go. Letting go of something that isn’t working in your biz can be very hard on you emotionally, but keeping it can be worse on your bank account.
For example, you created a product that you LOVE. You spent time creating it, and you put in a great marketing effort. And it didn’t sell very well. So, you re-vamped your marketing efforts and again… it didn’t sell very well. You can keep putting in time trying to make people buy the product, or you can just let it go and create something that sells better.
It can be a tough decision, but sometimes, you just have to let stuff go.
