   The best is to use both, Record your “webcast” (I call them webinars), then turn around and turn that into either an audio, or video, and send it down your RSS feed. Webcasting is simply audio/video on your website. Podcasting is syndicating that content via RSS (so people can find you in other places such as iTunes).
