And you're right - I didn't see it as a networking tool in the beginning. I joined several years ago, back before I even knew how to make websites. I didn't even have a plan to build IndieBizChicks.com back then. But now it is one of my top referral sources. I actually never had any intentions of using MySpace as a networking tool. It was more for personal use and so I could hook up with old high school friends. As for Facebook - I can't offer any tips there because I still haven't figured it all out...LOL. It's certainly way different than I expected it to be too!
