What Fuels Your Morning?

I work from home, but that doesn’t mean my mornings are easy!

There are days when I have to rush out of the house so I can take my nephews to school, watch my niece, or just do errands.

I made the mornings a little easier with these smoothie packs!

I simply added some frozen spinach to some freezer bags, along with fruits (such as pineapple, strawberries, peaches, blueberries, and banana).

Then, I put the ready-made smoothie packs in the freezer.

In the morning, all I need to do is grab a smoothie pack and add some almond milk and protein powder.

Easy peasy!
