If you are feeling overwhelmed and can’t complete all of the things you want to within your business, consider outsourcing some of your tasks in 2011.
For example, if you are too busy making product to market your wares, hire someone to do that for you. Too busy to blog? Hire someone to write a few posts for you. Don’t understand SEO? Don’t ignore it – just outsource it!
And if you’re concerned about the cost, don’t worry. You don’t have to hire a full-time staff. You can simply hire someone for a few hours – you’d be amazed at how much someone can do in a short time.
Also try bartering your product or trading “hours” with them. If you’re a great graphic designer, the writer who is writing your blog posts may trade you some blog posts for a great new graphic!
