The first tip I gave you in this series was to create a schedule – and now I’m telling you to set goals. If you ignore all of the other tips and only remember these two, your business will still improve over the next year. (of course, if you apply the other tips as well, your business will do even better.)
If you don’t have any goals set, you’re just flying by the seat of your pants. Which might be okay – and you can certainly make money by doing so, but you won’t make as much as you could if you set goals and made a plan for achieving them.
Think of the big goal first – and then work backward, breaking the big goal down into small chunks.
And don’t forget to give yourself a reward for each “mini goal” that you reach!
