Start Making Money With Your Content

Content is very important. It’s the words, pictures, audio, video, etc, that you put on your blog and/ or website. You NEED content to keep your blog or site going. Without content, no one is going to come to your site.

Your content can also be one of your best money makers! Yes, you need it – but you can make it work for you!

The top two ways to make money with your content are affiliate links and info products.

Affiliate Links – When you become an affiliate for someone, you will receive a unique link, which you can use to promote their products and services. When someone clicks on your link and buys that product or service, you get a commission.

Info Products – Information Products, or “info products,” as they are sometimes called, are my favorite way to earn money online. You can create an ebook, a small report, an audio, an online class, or anything that you can think of, and either give it away or sell it online.

Here are some examples of how to put these things into action:

Put Affiliate Links In Blog Posts – If you have a blog, you have lots of content ready and waiting for you! Start joining some affiliate programs, such as Amazon, and insert some affiliate links. For example, if you have a post about going gluten free, you can insert the links to a few gluten free cookbooks. (P.S. I have an affiliate program! You can join it here!)

Sell Info Products – What do you know that you can teach someone else? Can you show people who to use coupons? Organize a closet? Make a card? Create a blog? Create a pair of pants for a baby from an old t-shirt?  You might even have a bunch of blog posts that you’ve already written, that you can group together and create  a workbook or report from. Once you do that, you can start selling the report or workbook on your blog.

You can include affiliate links and links to your own products / services within the report or workbook to make even more money on top of the initial selling price.

Give Info Products Away To Your Mailing List – Smaller sized info products make great bribes to get people to sign up for your newsletter! Be sure to include your affiliate links or links to your products / services.
