Spring Fever Sale – People are sick of winter and ready for Spring! Do you have any items that can help people get ready for Spring? Whether it’s new clothes & accessories or something that can help people Spring clean and get organized? Remember – it doesn’t have to be a physical item. You can offer services, too!
“Find The Leprechaun” Promo – Hide a leprechaun in one of your blog posts (in honor of St. Patrick’s Day). Email your newsletter list and let them know it’s there. Offer a prize to the first person who responds with the answer of where it is!
Customer Appreciation Sale – It’s always a good time to hold a Customer Appreciation Sale! You can choose to offer the discount on one product in particular or all of your products. You could even choose a different product to feature for each day during one week.
“Blog Hop” Promo – As Easter gets closer, ol’ Peter Cotton Tail will be hopping down the bunny trail, so why not take this opportunity to start hopping from blog to blog? Ask some friends if you can guest post on their blogs, and if they want, they can guest post on your blog. You’ll be introduced to their readers, they’ll be introduced to your readers. For example, let’s say you have a blogging friend named Sally. Write a guest post for her, and have her publish it on Monday; if she chooses to guest post for you, publish her’s on Monday, as well. Even if she doesn’t, write a quick blog post on Monday as a teaser for your guest post, and link to her blog. This is a little “thank you” to her for publishing the post, as you’re still introducing her blog to your readers.
Easter Sale – Do you have any Easter related items? If so, this is the time of year to start promoting them!
Summer Preview – Do you have any Summer specific items? If so, hold a preview in late Spring. You can just use this as a teaser promo OR you can allow the sale / or advance order of these items during a “Summer Preview Weekend.”
