Spring Cleaning Your Goals

Back in January, you probably made a lot of goals. And you probably worked really hard on them… until February. That’s normal! It happens. So if that happened to you, don’t feel bad.

You can start over!

And you can take what you learned to build better goals.

For example, if your goal in January was to blog five times a week, and that turned out to take more time than you have to blog, a better goal might be to blog three times a week.

On the other hand, if you created a goal that was easily reached, don’t rest on your laurels. Create a new goal that is a little bit harder to reach!
